2green bananas
2tablespoonsolive oil

1/2teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonsseasonings of your choice.
Instructions
Air Fryer
Preheat the Air Fryer – Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Peel the green bananas by cutting off both ends and making a shallow slit along the peel. Remove the skin and slice into thin rounds.
Toss banana slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasoning.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Let them cool slightly before enjoying
Oven Baked
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and thinly slice the bananas.
Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
Allow the chips to cool for extra crunchiness.
